Mango Yogurt Pudding Recipe - Dessert Recipes                Ingredients Yogurt - 1 cup Condensed Milk - 600gms Milk - 1 cup Mango Pulp - 1 cup Mango Chopped - 1 cup Step -1 Take a mixing bowl to add milk, condensed milk, yogurt, and mango pulp, and whisk. Step-2 After whisk add chopped mango to the mixing bowl and mix well. Step-3 Pour to another bowl and steam for about 20 minutes. Step-4 After steam let it cool and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. It  is a lovely family dessert recipe Ingredients Salted Butter- 100 gm Powdered Sugar -4 tbsp Cocoa Powder - 2tbsp Water -1/4 cup Grated Coconut -1 cup Chopped Cashew Nut - 1/2 cup Marie Gold Biscuits - 1/2 cup Step-1 Melt butter on low flame and add cocoa powder, sugar, and water into it and stir. Step-2 Bring it to a consistency Step-3 Add grated coconut, chopped cashew nut, and crushed Marie gold biscuit into it and mix well. Step-4 Pour into a tray and let it chill. Step-5 Ingredients needed for the second step Milk -1 & 3/4 cup Condensed Milk -1/2 cup Vanilla Essence -1 tsp Powdered Sugar- 3 tbsp Water - 1/2 cup Gelatin - 10 gms Step-6 Add milk and condensed milk and boil it. Step-7 Add vanilla essence and sugar into the milk mixture and boil it. Step-8 In another bowl mix gelatin and cold water.

Chocolate Cookies - Chocolate Chip Cookies -Cookies With Chocolate Chips Ingredients All Purpose flour- 1cup Butter - 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar -3/4 cup Cocoa Powder - 1tbsp Milk -1to 2 tbsp Egg -1 Baking Powder -1/2 tsp Choco Chips -50gm Step-1 Add powdered sugar and butter into a bowl and beat. Step-2 Scrape from the sides of the bowl and add egg and continue beat. After that keep it aside. Step-3 In another bowl add all purpose flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. and sieve it. Step-4 Mix the dry ingredients Step-5 Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and knead. Step-6 Add 1 to 2 tbsp of milk and knead until it is dough. Step-7 On your baking tray place a foil paper and a parchment paper. Step-8 Make balls out of your dough and place it on the baking tray. Step-9 Add choco chips on top of the dough. Carrot Pudding  Recipe          Ingredients Boiled Carrot - 2 Condensed Milk- 4 tbsp Eggs -4 Sugar-4 tbsp Milk powder -4 tbsp Ghee -1 & 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Essence -1 tsp Step-1 Add boiled carrots, 4 eggs, milk powder, sugar, vanilla essence 1 tsp into a blender and blend it. Step-2 Heat the saucepan and add ghee and pour the blended mixture into the saucepan. Step-3 Cook on low flame Step-4 Stop the flame when it thickens Step-5 Pour into the desired bowl and refrigerate. Ghee Cake Recipe               Ingredients All-purpose flour -1 &1/2 cup Powdered Sugar - 1cup Butter -1/2 cup Baking Powder -1 Tsp Vanilla Essence - 1tsp salt -1 pinch Milk- 1/4 cup Eggs- 2 Step-1 In a Bowl with all-purpose flour add baking powder and salt.Mix well using a spatula or spoon. and Keep it aside Step -2 Take another bowl and add ghee and powdered sugar and beat. Step-3 Add  1 tsp of vanilla essence and beat well. Step-4 Add 2 eggs one at a time and beat it. Step-5 Add all-purpose flour and milk gradually and beat. Step-6 Grease the pan with oil and all-purpose flour Step-7 The batter is now ready and pours it into a pan. Step-8 Tap the pan for removing the air bubbles from the batter. Move it aside Step-2 Make sugar syrup by adding sugar to water and boiling it. Add 2 drops of rose essence into the syrup. Step-3 Make cream mix Add milk to a pan and boil it until bubbles. Step-4 Add cornflour and all purpose flour into the milk and stir continuously and add thick cream and stir until it thickens. Step-5 Apply some butter on the kunafa bowl.
