Kunafa Recipe with Vermicelli -Mini Kunafa Recipe

Ingredients
Vermicelli- 1&1/2 cupAll-purpose flour- 1 tbsp
Cornflour -1 tbsp
Thick cream- 1/4 cup
Butter - 1/4 cup
Sugar- 1/4 cup
Milk- 1cup
Water- 1/3 cup
Mozzarella Cheese- 50gm
Rose Essence-2 drops
Step-1
Add vermicelli and butter to a big bowl and knead. Move it aside
Step-2
Make sugar syrup by adding sugar to water and boiling it. Add 2 drops of rose essence into the syrup.
Step-3
Make cream mixAdd milk to a pan and boil it until bubbles.
Step-4
Add cornflour and all purpose flour into the milk and stir continuously and add thick cream and stir until it thickens.
Step-5
Apply some butter on the kunafa bowl.Step-6
Layer it with vermicelli, cream mix, mozzarella cheese and vermicelliApply some butter on top of it.
Step-7
Bake at 150 degrees Celcius for 15 minutes.Step-8
Flip the bowl
Step-9
Pous sugar syrup on top of it and serve it.Like us on facebook
