Dark vancho cake
A vancho cake is a sandwiching the Vanilla cake and Chocolate cake with lots of white chocolate and dark chocolate ganache. A wonderful combination cake that everyone especially our little cuties loves which we can prepare easily to thrill them
Ingredients
For vanilla cake:- All-purpose flour | 1 cup
- Baking powder | 3/4 tsp
- Salt | ¼ tsp
- Egg | 3 nos.
- Sugar | ¾ cup plus 2 tbsp
- Warm milk | ¼ cup plus 1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence | 1 tsp
- Oil | ¼ cup plus 2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour | 3/4 cups
- Cocoa powder | ¼ cup
- Baking powder | 3/4 tsp
- Salt | ¼ tsp
- Egg | 3 nos.
- Sugar | ¾ cup plus 2 tbsp
- Warm milk | 1/4 cups plus 1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence | 1 tsp
- Oil | ¼ cup plus 2 tbsp
- sugar | ¾ cup
- water | 3/4 cup
- 2 cup whipping cream beat with 3/4cup sugar powder until it becomes like soft peaks.
- White chocolate | 100 g
- Fresh cream | 200 ml
- Dark chocolate | 100 g
- Fresh cream | 200 ml
Instructions
Step – 1For vanilla cake-Preheat the oven to 180-degree c. Sieve dry ingredients (flour,baking powder,salt) ,keep it aside. Beat egg with sugar until fluffy, add oil and vanilla ,beat slowly..Beat half warm millk and flour mix in a medium speed Next add remaining flour mix with milk,just until combined. Pour in to prepared pan then bake 180dgree c for 25-30min.
Step – 2
For chocolate cake- preheat the oven to 180 degee c.Sieve dry ingredients(flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,salt) ,keep it aside. Beat egg with sugar upto they are fluffy then add oil and vanilla after that beat slowly. Add half the then with half warm milkmix with flour then beat it a medium speed.then add remaining flour mix with milk until they combined.Then pour in to prepared pan and bake it 180dgree c for 25-30min.
Step – 3
For ganache-Heat 200ml fresh cream . Pour freshcream over chopped white chocolate, do not stir it, keep it 2-3 min.after mix it well. Allow it cool.Then again pour heat freshcream over the darkchocolate, do not stir it, keep it 2-3 min.after mix it well. Allow it cool.
Step – 4
To assemble,cut each cake horizontally to make layers,(u can make four layers,here we made three layer cake)place vanilla cake layer on tray,apply some sugar syrup then spread with whipped cream.next chocolate cake layer,apply sugar syrup,after spread with whipped cream ,next spread 2-3tbsp dark chocolate ganache top of it .again vanilla cake ,place it over the chocolate cake layer,apply sugar syrup,now cover remain cake with wipping cream gradually and uniformly.Refrigerate it atleast 1-2 hours,next pour the dark chocolate ganache over the cake carefully,after drop or decorate with wight chocolate ganache .keep it in fridge until your ready to serve,enjoy.
